Adair Park is one of Atlanta’s fastest growing, up-and-coming neighborhoods. It’s just 3 miles Southwest of Downtown, and has easy access by car or MARTA to Mercedes-Benz stadium, Georgia Aquarium, The Tabernacle, World of Coke, Airport, Grant Park Zoo and more! Getting around
It sits in the heart of urban surroundings. The home is directly across from a MARTA rail, which is amazing for it's proximity to the station, but if you’re sensitive to city noise, this makes it extra urbanized, and may be something you'd want to consider before booking. Noise is not loud in the house, however, you can still hear the faint sounds of a railway while inside. Just like you’re living in the big city! :)
On foot, you can walk to the new Lee + White Development where Monday Night Brewing Garage sits right on the brand new Westside Beltline Trail. (.03 miles from the house) (Website hidden by Airbnb)
After getting a beer and a bite of food, you can walk to Honeysuckle Gelato for something sweet, in the same development. (.07 miles from house)
If you’re still thirsty and hungry - Lean Draft House is just a stroll away on the Beltline. (1.4miles from house- .07 miles from Honeysuckle Gelato) (Website hidden by Airbnb)
The quaint park, named Adair Park II, is one block away from the house and is a nice place to relax and read a book.
Also walkable, is the West End Transit Marta Station, which you can take literally anywhere into the city. (.05 miles from the house) Perfect for avoiding downtown parking!!!
All the essentials are accessible by a short car dive:
Kroger- 1.4 miles
Grant Park Kroger (more product variety) - 4.5 miles
CVS- 1 mile
Walmart- 2.6 miles
Grant Park Coffee House- 2.3 miles (Website hidden by Airbnb)
MARTA or by car is best for exploring downtown and other tourist hotspots of Atlanta, however, there are plenty of places to walk to right here in Adair Park (see location section for details). This home is walkable to the West End Transit Marta Station (.05 miles from house) and, of course, Uber/Lyft service this area 24/7.
